Do you provide witnesses?

Yes. Stamped by Kash may accept pre-payment for mobile notary appointments, particularly for travel fees. Mobile notary services require travel to the client’s location, and these fees are often collected in advance or at the time of scheduling to secure the appointment.
Under Maryland law, notarial act fees are charged only for services actually performed, while travel or convenience fees may be charged separately for mobile service.
If a notarization cannot be completed due to missing identification, incomplete documents, or signer eligibility issues, the notarial fee will not be charged, but travel fees may still apply.
